You are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No quibble; we’ll refund your money back as quickly as we can. Obviously, we don’t want to lose you as a customer, so we may ask the reason for the refund so we can improve our product. You don’t need to answer, but it would be lovely if you did.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • The name of the plugin
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but appreciated for product improvement)

4. Exclusions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • There is clear evidence of misuse or violation of the license terms.
  • The product was obtained through unauthorized means.
