Jumping Giraffe accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We cannot resend forgotten passwords, we can only reset them.
We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, with additional attention to securing email addresses.
Protecting your email address is very important to us, therefore, we have gone to great lengths to ensure it is as secure as we possibly can make it.
To access your personal data please login to your account and select Profile. This is also the location where you can Edit your details. If you wish to delete your personal details simply close your account.
